Rose Psychotherapy

✦ website design

Designing the Rose Psychotherapy website was an opportunity to create website that feels as warm and approachable as an in-person therapy session. Erin Gilmour wanted a space that would resonate with individuals seeking a gentle, holistic approach to mental wellness. My goal was to develop a design that’s comforting, inviting, and easy to navigate, helping clients feel at ease and supported right from the homepage.

The site combines a soothing, nature-inspired color palette with soft, flowing layouts to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. The design avoids clutter, offering plenty of breathing room on each page, allowing visitors to take in information at their own pace. The choice of imagery reflects the practice’s holistic ethos, connecting viewers to a sense of balance and well-being.

From a user experience perspective, the website is designed to be welcoming and straightforward. Each service section is clearly organized, with simple, compassionate language that speaks directly to clients' needs. The intuitive layout and accessible navigation were specifically chosen to ensure that visitors can find what they’re looking for with ease, while feeling a sense of calm as they explore.

It was a pleasure to work closely with Erin to ensure the website not only serves as an informative resource but also mirrors the nurturing, client-centered values of her practice. The final design invites users into a safe, positive space for exploring mental health support.
